Thank you so much for the amazing service. The gentleman who drove us around from 1:45-5pm was PERFECT! He did not add one ounce of stress to our day and was just fantastic. I’m not sure how many people used the transportation from 9:30-11:30pm (although I’m told it took one unfortunately extremely inebriated partygoer home), but it was great to have the service available to anyone who wanted/needed it. I can't thank Jen enough for helping with a sudden personal need. I have planned this Alaskan cruise since January with my parents, who are in their late 60s, as a gift for being such great parents! My busy schedule had kept me from being sane, that I didn't pay attention on my flight's departure time. The late afternoon before THE day, I realized that I needed to catch the 6:20AM flight, which meant that I needed to be at the airport by 5AM. My husband couldn't take us to the airport since I have 2 children, who would've been sound asleep at 4:30AM. I don't like to call any taxi companies, since I had a few bad experiences. To make long story short, I scrambled my emails. I found Jen's email and I called her at 5PM, and she picked up, and helped me in no time. Within 5 minutes, I was taken care of, got a confirmation call, and an email! How wonderful was that? The chauffeur was very professional and polite. He arrived 15 minutes early and helped me and my parents with our luggages. He even called my cell phone, NOT home phone to let me know that he was there already. I wanted to let you know that we had exceptional service on Sunday!! In the past we have taken this kind of transportation to and from the airport with just one company before. However, your company surpasses them in all areas. Timeliness, courtesy and

I used Lone Star to take me and my family to/from the airport for our last vacation. Travel for me is always stressful. I’ve always worried about getting to the airport on time for my flight and wondered whether my ride would be there to take me home. Splendid job you did in accommodating us for our wedding day transportation services. You and your staff were always responsive, courteous, and professional from start to finish. We had quite a hectic schedule for our big day, spanning five different cities in the Bay Area, from Milpitas to San Francisco to Saratoga, and our driver Alex was able to maintain our schedule (and our sanity) by getting us to each location in style and comfort. In the midst of our busy day, we forgot to retrieve our Chinese safe travel wedding banner that we placed on the front windshield. This was a very important family symbol that each of our siblings have used previously during their weddings. I just wanted to write a note about using Lone Star Limousine for my daughter's wedding. I found Jennifer Jaciw so easy to work with and so accommodating. She gave me a very competitive price as well. The vans were at the designated location early and the drivers were courteous and helpful to the passengers. They suggested people wait in the hotel lobby while everyone gathered, rather than having them wait in a stuffy van. As I requested, there was a step to help those who needed it get into the vans. Because we could not use anything larger than a 12 passenger van for our destination I had two shuttles going back and forth. As reported to me the drivers drove safely and kept to the schedule.
