The world-renowned Fisherman's Wharf...home to Pier 39 and some of the best seafood restaurants in the world, Ghirardelli Square, the Presidio, the majestic Golden Gate Bridge providing the perfect picture stop on a clear day, Ocean Beach featuring the historic Cliff House, Golden Painted LadiesGate Park with an optional stop at the Japanese Tea Gardens, Sutro Tower, Twin Peaks...the next best picture stop when the fog stays away, the Civic Center, Financial District, Chinatown and North Beach...our very own "little Italy".

You may choose to "make a day of it" by adding a visit to Muir Golden Gate Park's Conservatory of FlowersWoods and Sausalito, located just north of the Golden Gate Bridge. Muir Woods offers a forest full of 500+ year old Redwood trees including San Francisco Palace of Fine Artsvarious easy-to-manage nature trails.

You should allow about an hour to explore this picturesque stop, then it's on to Sausalito...a beautiful Mediterranean-like community made up of local artists, unique shops and a colony of floating homes.

We suggest taking in a meal at one of the wonderful waterfront restaurants before heading back to San Francisco.
