 Founded in 2003, Lone Star Limousine is a family-owned and operated company that is based upon the belief that the best service is full service.
Since his early days in transportation management, Alex Jaciw believed that it was not good enough to merely meet a customer’s needs… he thought that a service based company should exceed the needs of each customer. When he left to open his own business, one of his clients lamented, “Alex, what will we do without you? You were our lone star!” This phrase became the name of the company.
Jennifer Jaciw is a highly respected member of the transportation industry. Her extensive background spans 25 years and includes employment at the finest charter bus companies in the Bay Area. She lends her expertise in customer service and detail to ensure each client receives the level of service they expect and deserve.
 Alice Chen joined Lone Star in 2010 and is a key employee in the Sales and Marketing Department. Alice's hospitality career includes front desk and concierge positions at the Westin and other Corporate Desks. Her friendly demeanor and attentiveness ensure our customers have a positive experience when working with Lone Star.
Some companies specialize in moving a person from Point A to Point B. Others offer exotic, flashy and inordinately sized vehicles. At Lone Star, we believe our forte is in anticipating the needs of our clients. While we handle the same service as others (Airport Transfers, Individual Tours, Event & Convention Shuttles, etc), we also go beyond the normal parameters. We take pride in tailoring our services to each and every client.
It’s important to remember that price is seldom the best way to select any service. One can often be “taken for a ride” by choosing a company that has low costs… and lower standards of service.
